Kohlmaier Arbor Care

Kohlmaier Arbor Care serves Dutchess, Orange, Putnam and Westchester counties from Hopewell Junction. Its work includes tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, land clearing and round-the-clock emergency storm damage cleanup. The crew states 75 years of combined experience and uses a spider lift and climbers to reach trees in backyards with limited equipment access. Tree inspections identify potential problems, including dead, diseased and damaged branches, before pruning and debris removal. Cabling and bracing address movement and stress at weak points, using materials and techniques that follow published industry standards. Stump removal is available for residential and commercial properties, with work extending below ground level. The company offers free estimates and states that estimate requests receive a response within two business days.
